Tony is an industry fellow at University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and has worked in telecoms and IT roles for more than 30 years, including 12 years as a lecturer in Telecoms Engineering at the University of Wollongong. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering (Yale University), a Graduate Diploma in Education (University of Wollongong), and undertook his PhD (University of Wollongong) under a Telstra Research Labs contract.
