Driving Positive Outcomes through Negotiation and Dispute Resolution

On this page
Overview
Learn evidence-based strategies and methodologies to lead effective negotiations and manage complex disputes.

This webinar will introduce attendees to a range of dispute resolution methodologies, and discuss the relative merits of each. It will focus on the good old fashioned process of “negotiation” and identify how a knowledge of such skills will benefit the whole of the contract lifecycle from contract negotiation and inception, through to contract close out and the management of any disputes that arise either mid or post project.

The webinar will be supported by overheads, take away notes, case studies and examples from Sean’s, the facilitator's, practice history. There will be additional references to supplementary reading and an overview of additional training EEA offers in this space.
