Good stakeholder engagement is a critical factor to a successful project.
This webinar covers the fundamental knowledge and tools required to execute good stakeholder engagement in a project context. In the spotlight will be the interrelationships between the main stakeholders in projects: companies, clients, suppliers, contractors, regulatory agencies and communities—and how to design solutions that balance their needs and ensure successful project delivery.
You'll learn about the tools and techniques project managers use to identify stakeholder needs and how to ethically engage with a range of different stakeholders encountered during the project management process.
The industry expert facilitator will also share seven secrets to stakeholder engagement success that engineers can apply in their workplace.
