Marton Marosszeky is the co-founder of the Lean Construction Institute of Australia and was the national chair until 2014.
He is the principal of Marosszeky Associates and is a highly experienced lean construction implementation consultant.
Before establishing his own consultancy, Marton led the lean construction consulting service line within Evans and Peck for six years. He was the Multiplex Professor of Construction Innovation in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UNSW until 2006.
Marton is the co-author of the management text 'Total Quality in the Construction Supply Chain'. He recently published 'Total Construction Management: Lean Quality on Capital Projects', a book that reviews the practices of leading companies in the sector within the US and UK.
