A project cost and schedule baseline is an essential step in safeguarding your project, as it allows you to quickly identify and correct performance problems before they impact your project outcomes.
A robust and reliable project cost and schedule baseline provides the reference point for measuring performance throughout the project lifecycle, with the ability to measure time, cost, resources and quantities. On the other hand, an unrealistic baseline leads to project failures and stakeholder disputes.
This webinar outlines the role of a project cost and schedule baseline and how you can use this to mitigate risk and lead your project to success.
You’ll gain tools and tips to ensure your project baselines are realistic and reliable, and provide stakeholders with greater confidence in project cost and schedule plans.
We can deliver this webinar exclusively to you and your organisation.
For groups of 10 or more we provide cost-effective, customised and outcome-focused in-house training.
