Overview
Gain an understanding of Virtual Power Plants (VPP), including how they fit into the rapidly evolving electricity landscape and their role as a value stream for residential battery systems.

Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) are an increasingly common additional value stream for residential battery systems that also support the grid and provide frequency control services. However, despite their benefits, VPPs are a relatively new technology and often are not well understood by engineers.

Delivered by education partners Global Sustainable Energy Solutions (GSES), this webinar will provide an overview of the VPP concept that includes the basic concepts, common operation models, and the foreseeable challenges and opportunities presented by VPPs.

Participants will gain an understanding of how VPPs fit into the rapidly evolving electricity landscape and potential impacts on the industry.
