Overview
Learn the fundamentals of Lean Sigma Six (LSS) to improve your organisational processes, saving time and money.

LSS is an internationally recognised work methodology.

This training is certified by the International Association of Six Sigma Certification (IASSC). On completing this course you'll be ready to sit the Yellow Belt exam.

LSS applies to all organisations, including engineering firms. It focuses on:

  • eliminating process waste
  • reducing variation through identifying root causes and defects
  • efficiency and productivity improvement.

This three-day course will introduce LSS tools and techniques to help you improve your business and make data-based decisions. These tools are part of the Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control (DMAIC) process. This course focuses on the Define, Measure and Control phases. For more in-depth training, you can complete the Lean Sigma Six Green Belt training.

You'll apply these tools to real-life examples and learn to use statistical data analysis package Sigma XL.
