Sean McCarthy is a practicing commercial and construction lawyer who has also been designing and delivering courses for EEA for over 10 years.
His involvement with SoPA legislation dates back to 2009, when he was involved in reviewing and assisting the launch of the Legislation in the ACT.
Since that time, he has acted for a number of parties in advising on the breadth of the Acts, how to incorporate the Act into contracts, Payment Claims, Payment Schedules and proceeding to adjudication.
As a current practitioner in the construction industry, he is well positioned to deliver this critical training.
